March 2025

It has been a wonderfully busy year so far! Our church has already been on a European Mission’s Trip and held a Valentine’s Day Couple’s Dinner! But there is a lot more happening.

Resurrection Play. Our church here has aggressively started work on a Resurrection Play and Cantata called, *“Truly This Was the Son of God!” *It is a big production and will be performed by so many of our church folks on Resurrection Sunday, April 20th… outside on the field behind our church! It is so hard to know what the weather is going to be like here in Ireland, so this is a big step of faith conducting this play outside, in public view instead of in the comfort of our church building! Our big tents will be set up to accommodate 200 people under them (we did this for our 30th anniversary last year and we had 38 first time visitors, and 202 total attending!) Following the Resurrection Play, the Gospel will be preached, and we are praying for many, many visitors to come and hear the Gospel on the greatest day of history – when the Lord Jesus arose back from the dead!

Sadly, our church won’t be in the Patrick’s Day Parade this year because the theme of the town’s parade is “It’s Wicked” and will be filled with witches.I hope they miss us.We plan to be back in the parade next year.

Excitedly, we are starting up soul-winning this coming Saturday. We already go into downtown Cork City to evangelise every Friday, but we will start back up door-to-door evangelism, with a burden for the Gospel, and for people to come to our resurrection Play in April.

Our Ireland’s Christian Men’s Camp is happening April 23-26, and there are a lot of preparations for it! We usually have at least 70 men and their pastors come from churches all over Ireland and from Europe as well. We will focus on learning life lessons from Job – very real lessons and truths only suffering can teach us!

Nita and I travel to the States, April 28 until July 8. We willmainly be on the East Coast, but also in the Chattanooga area for our Mission Board’s 45th anniversary. I will be in 15 churches preaching 24 times!

So here are some prayer requests… 1) For our Men’s Camp, April 23-26. 2) Pray for our church here to experience revival, and have a greater burden for souls to be saved. 3) Pray for us to find and purchase a bigger building for our church to meet in! Our church is currently looking at some amazing properties that would allow us to grow as a church in size and ministries. All I can say right now is, pray for us as a church to know the mind of Christ, and to have unity and the peace of God to do whatever He wants us to do! And 4) pray for God’s help in everything we do.

Thank you for caring about all we do here in Cork!
