November 2025

Usually when we enter into October and November things slow down… we reflect on the year’s labours and fruits, and we plan for next year. Well, we have remained busy as ever, and yet still made time to reflect on the goodnesses of the Lord and His hand in our labours! We are blessed, and so grateful to serve our Lord here in Ireland!

The first bit of news to report is, We have bid on a larger auditorium just across the street from our church, AND IT WAS ACCEPTED! As you know, we as a church have been at capacity for several years now – meaning, we have been full! We have prayed and asked for God to open up an opportunity for us as a church to expand into a larger building. And a door opened just across the street – literally! With a few modifications, it offers a larger auditorium and additional space for us to continue to grow for years to come! We will keep our current building because the building across the street only offers a larger auditorium but not enough additional space, so it will be an expansion, not a move. Would you pray about helping us buy the building? If you want to know more, please contact me!

Preaching in Vermont. At the end of September, Nita and I got to be part of a wonderful Bible Conference in a small town in Vermont that fervently shines the Gospel all over into New York and into Canada! This was our third year there and we love Union Bible Church!

October was our Missions and Evangelism emphasis month. Stewart Gragg and I focused on helping our people better understand Faith Promise Mission’s giving towards our 8 Missionary families. We held a soul-winning training class, and had one of our Missionary families come and preach! Oh that we could do more!

Dublin Evangelism. On Friday, November 7th, 8 of our men drove up to Dublin and went onto the streets of downtown Dublin along with a group from the New Hope Residential Centre in Tallaght to reach as many addicts as possible. It rained all day long, but we talked for hours with dozens of addicts and gave them hope and invited them to consider attending the Friday evening addictions meeting at Lifegate Bible Baptist Church in Tallaght, Dublin, and invited them to enter the Residential Centre there that our church supports. We were pushed out of our comfort zones that day, and we loved every minute of it! We know the power of the Gospel, and see the fruit of it in so many men that the year-long program has helped over the past 20 years!

Prayer requests: 1) Prayfor all the visitors that have been coming out to church over the past few months, to keep coming; 2) For us to raise enough money to buy the building across the street. And 3) pray for God’s help in everything we do!

I remain your friend and fellow-servant,

Pastor Craig Ledbetter
